The hay fever season has started again this year. It is said one in five Japanese suffer from hay fever. My eyes feel very itchy. I'd like to spend in my room at this time of year, however I have to go to my work,,,

I traveled to U.K. two years ago.
I did a home stay with a British family, and I learned how to bake scones.
These scones were very delicious and easy to bake.
Then I came back to Japan, and I tried to make scones at home.
The recipe that I learned was very simple for me.
My scones were very delicious too.
I did not know that cooking with flour was so pleasant until two years ago.
Since I baked muffins, pound cakes, and waffles.
Recently I often bake scones on Sunday mornings.:->

Today, I enjoyed maiking making and eating Panna cotta.
It was very delicious and was high in calories.
I used 1 1/4cup raw cream whipping cream (double cream)!
My son and his friend said that it tasted good and I was very satisfied.
I will cook this again.

I put butter to on a scone which I baked in the morning.
It smells of happiness.this is was the second time that I bake scones that I have bake scones.
I tried to put raisin raisins this time.In a recipe, it was appointed salt-free butter.
But I used salt butter and I did not add salt.
the recipe required salt free butter,but I used salted butter and I left out the extra salt instead.this scones these scones were very delicious.

I used the other tools which I always used that I have always used and made scone the scones.oh all right !
