It's been three weeks since September started. I have been very busy and I can not have any time off. I am writing a primer of photos recently. The work is really tough, but it is also fun. I bought a new DSLR, but I was disappointed about it. Last week, I baked a chocolate clafoutis with pyriform, it was more delicious than I expected. The other day, I received some souvenir gifts of France from my friend. My son and his friends ate everything up. Last Friday, I bought a new iPod nano, it's a beautiful sea and sky color, I really like it. :->
A total solar eclipse occurred over Asia and the Pacific Ocean Wednesday. In Tokyo, we could observe a partial solar eclipse. It was cloudy sky, so we could not look at the sun, however only a few minutes we could watch at the sun. This is my son's first observing the partial solar eclipse, he was excited to look at the sun. :->
In Tokyo, rainy season was over. I could not fall asleep without air conditioner last night. It's very hot today. However I love summer season. This is a kakigori that is a Japanese dessert made from shaved ice flavored with syrup.
It is in the middle of rainy season in Tokyo. Such a overcast weather makes me feel a little gloomy. Last week, I met up again with my friend who lived in Italy. She had temporarily returned home to Japan with her daughter who is three years old. Her name is Karin, she is very lovely. We ate lunch in the Marunouchi Building that is the front of Tokyo Station. Karin all-time favorite is pizza, it is just as I thought :-D We went for a walk to the Imperial Palace after the meal. The Imperial Palace stands on the site of the old Edo Castle, however there are many buildings around the Palace today. They have already returned to Italy now. We plan to meet again in December in Tokyo. My friend always to say to me 'Come to Italy, Karin and me are looking forward to meeting you in Italy!' I want to go to Italy for a long time, however,,,'The poor have no leisure' :->

Kiyoshiro Imawano dies at 58. He had been sick for a long time, so I was ready for this, however I was shocked to hear he had passed away. I got a lot of encouragement from his songs. When I was a junior high school student, ,,,,,,,,, I am sorry, I can not explain it. ''kaerenai futari''
In Tokyo, it has been raining all week. Then in the morning it started to snow. It has been a really cold winter. I can not wait for spring. I am really busy and I don't have any time off. I am so tired. I hope it will be fine tomorrow. :->
The hay fever season has started again this year. It is said one in five Japanese suffer from hay fever. My eyes feel very itchy. I'd like to spend in my room at this time of year, however I have to go to my work,,, :->
Best wishes for a happy new year. In 2009, I want to find a method to make exercise fun. In 2008, I had trouble with stiffness in the shoulders due to lack of exercise. I spend long working hours on my PC in my office. Moreover, my hobby is cooking, so I spend all day long in my kitchen on holidays. My back is always stooped in my office and kitchen. Therefore I always suffer from a stiff shoulders. I have known that exercise is good for stiffness in the shoulders, but I do not like exercise, because it is boring and tiring. However, I decided to take a walk in the beginning of this year. It is difficult for me to take a walk everyday. I try to take a walk once a week with my camera. It will be fun. The first priority is to get out from my office and kitchen. As a result, I will come to do some exercise. We have a saying to the effect that ''a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.'' :->
I went to Tsukiji fish market which is the biggest fish and seafood market in the world. The market is located in Chuo ward in Tokyo. The nearest station is Tsukijishijo Station on the Toei Oedo subway line. There are two sections in the market. One is the inner market which is called 'Jonai shijo'. Tourists can not enter that area without permission. It is not easy to get the permission. However my friend's father works at the inner market, so I could get the permission and enter the inner market. The market was very exciting and a bustling place. The working men were very energetic. The second is the outer market which is called 'Jogai shijo'. Anyone can enter that area. There are many retail shops and restaurants. Some sushi shops are very popular. Many tourists buy sea foods and kitchen tools. Many shops open from 4 a.m. to 11 a.m., so I went to the market at 6 a.m. I enjoyed the market. After I bought some fish there, I made some fish dishes for dinner in my house. Please visit the following link. Slide show of The Tsukiji Market:->
